Chris Loretto

Executive Vice President, Digital
Chris leads digital strategy for Digital First Media, driving innovation, revenue growth, and audience development across all properties. Prior to this, Chris spent several years at the Los Angeles News Group as the Vice President of Digital, where he architected the digital strategy and led the team to create innovative solutions and deliver revenue performance. Chris sits on the Executive Committee for the Local Media Consortium, the Board of Directors for Digital Content Next and is active within the IAB.

Doug Gesiorski

Vice President, Operations
Doug is an ad operations professional with 20 years of experience in buying and selling media as well as managing operations for digital, social, and paid search. Doug focuses on achieving better operating leverage through the introduction of enterprise software, tools, and platforms to create efficiency and improve fulfillment, product, and innovation. Before joining Adtaxi, Doug held roles as Vice President of Operations at SocialCode and Director of Client Services & Ad Operations at The Washington Post.

Jennifer Flanagan

Vice President, Marketing
Jen is a senior sales and media operations professional with over 12 years of experience in digital operations, client services, product management, and publisher relations. She joined Adtaxi in 2013 and now leads a cross-functional team responsible for marketing, platform solutions, and native advertising strategy and operations. Prior to Adtaxi, she was the Director of Content Operations at Say Media and Director of Client Services at The McClatchy Company.

Megan McCrea

Senior Vice President, Alliance Partnerships
Megan joined Adtaxi in 2014 and now leads our media alliance partnership team. She has 17 years of media experience, including over 13 years as a sales leader in digital/ online sales, development, and management. Throughout her career she has worked with media companies, sales teams and clients to achieve their goals with digital advertising.

Nate Ware

Senior Vice President, Sales
With over 10 years of experience, Nate is a seasoned sales leader with expertise in digital and traditional media, channel partnerships, and sales force development. Since joining Adtaxi in 2013, Nate has helped more than 90 media properties implement an audience-based sales model to scale digital revenue growth. Additionally, he co-created our TaxiStand event series held in dozens of cities across the U.S. Previously, Nate led the Major Accounts Team for SuperMedia (now Dex Media) in New Jersey.
