Before being appointed Manager of the Social Operations team at Adtaxi, I knew that TikTok was a force in the social media world and I wanted a piece of it. I knew that this platform would open up a new world of innovation and potential for our clients and it’s something I wanted our team to spearhead. With the immense help from our leadership, sales, operations, client services and finance teams, we were able to see this platform come to life for our clients. This has introduced a multitude of new targeting tactics and strategies that have carved the way for an omnichannel approach to digital marketing and it’s due to the continuous support I received from my fellow team members at Adtaxi. I’ve learned that it’s the collective force of an engaged team that manages to make it happen after meticulous planning, constructive feedback and a desire to go above and beyond for our clients. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and I’m looking forward to taking on the next big platform rollout.
